A private, individualized training experience designed around your goals, your body, and your lifestyle. Each session includes intentional strength training in a calm, supportive environment with the option to finish with The Downshift, our signature post-session reset.

1:1 Personal Training

Semi-Private Group

Strength training in a small, supportive setting of 2–5 people. You’ll get structure, coaching, accountability, and community while still training in a space that feels personal, approachable, and never overcrowded.

Open Studio Package

A non-traditional open gym experience for those who want more flexibility while still having structure and accountability. Open Studio sessions are scheduled in advance so the space stays calm, intentional, and easy to move through.

Every session has a purpose. Whether you’re training 1:1, semi-private, or in Open Studio, the goal is to help you move with confidence, build strength, and feel supported in what you’re doing.

Welltrained was designed to feel different from a traditional gym. Think warm, personal, thoughtfully designed, and easy to be in without the chaos, pressure, or intimidation.

03. Strength That Carries Over

The work you do here is meant to support the way you live outside the studio, too. We train for strength, confidence, energy, and the feeling of being more at home in your body.

Founder

Hi, I’m Katie - founder of Welltrained Studio.

After years of coaching clients in strength training, I created Welltrained to feel like the space so many people have been looking for: calm, considered, personal, and far from the energy of a traditional gym. My approach is intentional and supportive, built around helping you feel stronger both in and out of the studio.

And if you see Teddy around, just know he takes his role in the Welltrained experience very seriously.
